Let’s be clear about something straight away. Coaching is not therapy. They can complement each other, but are very different.
Therapy seeks to understand the past in order to address dysfunction in the present.
Coaching looks to the future and assumes you are whole and capable of recognizing where you want to go.
Together we focus on moving you into action. Each step forward, big or small, will ultimately move you toward your destination. On your way there, you will find that you continue building your self esteem and begin to see life and yourself differently.
